Cured Iberico Salchichon sausage. Cut in 1/2 piece and vacuum packed

The Iberico pig is populary known as Pata Negra (black hoof), is free range and reared in the dehesas (grasslands) of South Western Spain and is fed just on bellota (acorns).

This Salchichon is air dried for around 4 months in the region of Guijuelo



Ingredients: Lean Iberico pork, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, natural spices, emulsifiers (E-450a, E-450b, E-450c), antioxidant (E-300), preservatives (E-250, E-252).

Filled into natural pork casing. Meat content: per 100g of final product, 130g of pork meat has been used.
