Small Chorizos simmeder in cider


Slightly spicy garlicky chorizo special from Asturas simmeder in local still cider.

This is a traditional recipe from Asturias, Northern Spain.

Inside the tin you will find 7 – 8 pieces of small chorizo simmeder in cider, following the traditional method.

It is prepared with heat treatment. Just heat on bain-marie or open the tin, move the content to a pan and heat slowly.




Ingredients: Chorizo (65%) (lean pork, pork jowl, paprika, salt and garlic) and Cider (35%) (contain sulfites)
