We cut this 225 gr. portion of the whole piece of manchego cheese, and vacuum pack it to preserve all its qualities. Ensuring that maintains its properties over a period of six months
To present, take out from the fridge 10 minutes before use, and cut it into medium thick slices about 6mm (1/4”) thick. Not eat the bottom bit of the rin. Nothing fancy, that’s it.
