This whole cheese weighs approximately 1 kilo. It has a shelf life of 5 months. You will find buying the cheese in this way is not only convenient, the cheese also tastes much better and stays fresher.

Our Manchego cheese is matured in a cave for 4 months.

Manchego cheese is made ​​in the region of La Mancha, from milk of Manchega sheep with a maturity period of 4 months. Artisan Manchego cheese is made from raw sheep’s milk, from registered Denomination of Origin farms .

The hard and extreme weather from La Mancha, favors the growth of very tough plants, food an ancient breed of sheep that are subject to very strict breeding and health . These features provide results in a unique cheese in the world.
