Canals & Munné has been elaborating Cavas since 1915 using the finest grapes. They were one of the first time wine cellar to elaborate Cavas following strictly the guide lines set by the champenoise method. Their production is number and limited.

The process is 100% artisan, and it has been passed down to the fifth generation with the state-of-art-technology and absolute respect for the environment.
