Grape variety:
50% Tempranillo, 50% Garnacha.

Tasting note:
Colour: Bright and brilliant pink.
Nose: Predominantly fruity nose, redolent of wild berry fruits, strawberries and raspberries.
Palate: Medium-bodied with smooth and delicate freshness. Well-balanced in the mouth thanks to the natural raciness.

Salads and cold starters.

Harvest take place in September in our vineyard sited in Toledo, La Mancha.

The maceration time is shorter than usual, the objective being to extract very little tannin and to get the colour, body and structure characteristic of these wines.
Equally, the fermentation is shorter due to the fact that when the alcohol reaches 9.5 degrees, it is stopped by chilled, killing the yeast naturally, with the result that un-transformed sugar remains in the wine and gives a natural sweetness in the mouth. This process is carried out in hermetic stainless steel tanks which retain part of the carbon dioxide produced by the fermentation, giving the wine a natural zestiness.
