Can I buy the products individually out of the hamper?

Absolutely.

All items are sold either separately, in a pre-made hamper or in your own bespoke hamper.

Can I choose the products individually for a bespoke hamper?

Certainly.

We offer a selection of our favourite pre-made hampers which are combined with fine foods & wines attending to pairings as a suggestion, popularity and of course packed according with a safer transport reason.

This year we are very proud to introduce a new section on our website should you want us to bespoke your hamper.

Just go to our tab on the main home page (BUILD MY OWN HAMPER) pick your favourite hamper style and simply start adding your items by following the simple steps for each additional product section, depending on the size of the hamper chosen.  Then add to your basket where they will be added to your total.

 

 

Do you guys do next day delivery?

Orders placed before 1pm are normally dispatched on the same day for a next working day delivery.  Please bare in mind that in busy times (in the week run up to Christmas) orders can take up to 48h to dispatch and the next day delivery is not guaranteed.

If you require Saturday delivery, this can be selected upon checkout with an additional charge.

Can I buy now and ask for a later delivery date?

Yes, in fact, that would make it easier for us. We have an option for a pop up calendar when checking out where you can choose your desired delivery date.  We will then arrange delivery for as close to that date possible.

My order contains chilled items, is it going to be ok in transit?

Your chilled items will reach you in a prime state as we put sizzle pack chiller bags next to the chilled items and we can ensure that the products arrive chilled.

Orders containing chilled items bought on a Thursday after 1pm are not sent until the following Monday for delivery Tuesday to avoid being sat with the courier depot all weekend. Unless you pick a Saturday delivery, then we would prepare your order on Friday for delivery on Saturday.

Can I pay over the phone?

Yes no problem at all.  Just call the office during our opening hours of 9am to 5pm on our office no. 01244 390 666 and we would be happy to take your order and pay over the phone.

What are my delivery costs?

UK Mainland

  • Next working day £4.95 for any size order up to £60 value.
  • FREE for orders over £60 value.
  • Saturday Delivery £22.00 for any size order.

Highlands of Scotland (two day delivery) £16.00 for any size order.

Scottish Isles, Isle of man, Channel Islands (two day delivery) £25.00 for any size order.

Northern Ireland (two day service) £30.00 for any size order.

Europe This service is currently suspended.

 

 

 

 

 

What are my delivery options?

Once your order has been prepared and booked with our courier you will receive an email and or text with your delivery date, time and tracking no.

If you are not going to be home you can make changes to your delivery using the courier app or website notifying them of either a safe place, leave with a neighbour or arrange to have your order redelivered on an alternative date to suit you better.

If after 3 delivery attempts was unsuccessful your parcel will be returned to us and we will not be able to refund you for the delivery costs.
