This incredible Lomo is air dried for 4 months keeping it delicate in texture and succulent in flavour.
Made with a selected cured lean tenderloin of the Iberico Pata Negra pig, which feasts on Spanish acorns (bellotas) whilst roaming the Grasslands of Southern Spain, in the region of Guijuelo.
Vacuum packed to keep its freshness.
