Lean Iberico pork, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, natural spices, emulsifiers (E-450a, E-450b, E-450c), antioxidant (E-300), preservatives (E-250, E-252).

Filled into natural pork casing. Meat content: per 100g of final product, 130g of pork meat has been used.

Origin: Guijuelo, Salamanca, Spain

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
