Ingredients

Pasteurised sheep’s milk, 3% black truffle pate (champignon mushrooms ‘Agaricus bisporus’, porcino ‘Boletus edulis and relative group’), sunflower oil, 12% black truffle ‘Tuber aestivum vitt’, salt, black pepper, sugar, granulated broth (sea salt, brown sugar, spice extract, caramelised sugar, maltodextrin, turmeric), preservative: lysozyme (derived from egg). On the rind: preservative: natamycin. Rind is not edible.
