This is a traditional recipe from Asturias, Northern Spain.
Inside the tin you will find 7 – 8 pieces of small chorizo simmeder in cider, following the traditional method.
It is prepared with heat treatment. Just heat on bain-marie or open the tin, move the content to a pan and heat slowly.
